Terms of use

The short version, because a long one helps nobody.

Your account is yours alone

One account, one person. Different Approach allows one active sign-in at a time: signing in somewhere new signs you out of the old device, and that is on purpose.

Sharing your password, or your screen, so that somebody else can read material they have not been given access to is the one thing that will close your account.

What access means

Access to a course lets you read and annotate it online for as long as the course says — sometimes a fixed period, sometimes until a date, sometimes indefinitely. Whatever applies to you is shown on the course itself, and again in the email confirming your access.

It is not a download. Pages are served one at a time, watermarked with your name and email, and there is no export.

Your notes

What you write on a page belongs to you. It is not deleted when access ends, and if access is granted again — including on a different edition of the same course later — your notes on the pages you had are still there.

Copying and sharing the material

The papers and mark schemes are provided for your own study. Copying, redistributing, republishing or reselling them is not permitted, and the watermark exists so that a leaked page can be traced back to the account it came from.

Payment and refunds

Payment is arranged directly with the provider; the platform records what you tell us and an administrator confirms it. If something has gone wrong with a payment, talk to us rather than paying again.

Changes

Courses are added, and editions are retired. Retiring an edition never withdraws access from anybody who already has it — it only closes it to new students.
